Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

In a recent study published inJAMA Internal Medicine, we show that men who took Cialis for erectile dysfunction reported significantly lower erections (Erectile Dysfunction Inventory vs. Control vs. Erectile Dysfunction Inventory) and higher sexual satisfaction than men who did not take Cialis. We also show that Cialis was well tolerated by men.
Our findings are significant, as the study is one of the first to compare Cialis with an SSRI in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, demonstrating its unique role as a treatment option for erectile dysfunction. We also report that Cialis has been a preferred choice for many men with ED because of its ability to work quickly and at a low cost, without the risk of serious side effects.
The current study provides evidence for the effectiveness of Cialis in treating erectile dysfunction in men with ED, and provides additional support for men who are currently taking this medication, as well as for women who may benefit from its use for men with ED.

“Cialis can be a game-changer in treating erectile dysfunction,” according to theJournal of Sexual Medicine. “Unlike Viagra, which works by increasing blood flow to the penis, Cialis can provide a more robust erection for extended periods.”
The FDA approved the drug to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition that affects millions of men worldwide. The drug works by blocking the enzyme phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5), which regulates blood flow.
Researchers say the drug could help improve sexual performance and confidence in men who are not able to get aroused.
“A healthy, active, and healthy lifestyle can lead to improved erectile function,” said Dr. Steven Nissen, a urologist at New York-Presbyterian Los Angeles.
“However, it is important to note that erectile dysfunction is a condition of aging. The increased blood flow to the penis can have a negative effect on a man’s ability to get or sustain an erection.”
A study published in the journalPharmacoepidemiol Drug Discusreported that the medication was associated with a 69% increase in erectile function in men over 40.
The FDA approved the drug to treat PAH, but its safety was not established.
While the drug is available in generic, it is more expensive than the brand-name version and comes in different forms.
The FDA said it is making changes to the way drugs are approved to help treat sexual dysfunction. The drugs are designed to be taken only after a patient receives a thorough medical evaluation.
“While it is important to recognize that erectile dysfunction can be a side effect of some medications, it is always important to speak with a healthcare provider before deciding to use a drug,” said Dr. Steven Nissen, the FDA’s chief medical officer.
The drug has been available for years in the U. S. for many years and remains available in many other countries.
The drug is a PDE5 inhibitor, which means that it blocks the action of the enzyme PDE5. This is important because the effects of PDE5 are more potent than those of other PDE5 inhibitors, such as Viagra.
“PDE5 inhibitors have been in use for decades,” said Dr. Robert H. Weingart, a urologist at Mayo Clinic and a clinical instructor at Johns Hopkins University.
Weingart said the FDA is working with U. health care providers to find the most appropriate PDE5 inhibitor for treating erectile dysfunction.
“We also need to know how to safely and effectively use the drug, as well as what the potential side effects may be,” he said.
Dr. David C. Ricks, a clinical instructor at Johns Hopkins Medicine, said he had not seen any studies on the safety and efficacy of the drug for treating PAH.
“I don’t think we have a solid data base to base clinical decisions on,” said Dr. David Ricks, the director of the

“It’s really an exciting development for men who are looking to enhance their sexual performance and increase their sexual satisfaction.”
The drug, developed by Pfizer, belongs to the PDE5 inhibitors class and works by blocking the action of the enzyme PDE5, which regulates blood flow.
A review of clinical trials conducted by the FDA found that men treated with the drug experienced improved sexual function, satisfaction, and satisfaction with their sexual performance.
